Outcome?
Lower half body paralysed... Couldnt feel my legs after a 2 hours nap. It was like muscle tearing apart. However, it is quite an enjoyable activity to run after much little exercise being a clerk. Very happy that i managed to pass the timing required (7min per 1KM).
Next week will be 10KM run to be completed in 70 min, hopefully i can run. One of the officers claimed that i not supposed to run because i m in PES C, and there may be side effects cuz i m underweight. I was like??? Underweight ppl running may haf side effects?
Well, will continue to run even i m not supposed to. Looking forward to the challenge with Gabriel on the 10KM run for a breakfast treat.

Its pretty confirmed! I m going in! A 95% guarantee! Haha, for ppl reading my blog, I might disappear for about a year plus or so i guess?With effect from 1st August 05, I will be a STAY-IN personnel which means bookin out on Sat and bookin in on Sun. A clerk staying in? For wad? I dunno too.
For the month of August and September, weekends would definitely be burnt cuz of the upcoming impt exercise in camp! So for ppl who may miss me, see ya soon! For ppl who hates/dislike mi, Good riddance for u, as u wun get to see my face and i wun piss u off :D

Its always so meaningful to be able to help ppl. Anyone disagrees? When we help, we do not ask for a repay or anything. Rite? That is wad is call with the heart to help. Some ppl may claim volunteering w/o benefit is stupidity, but wad i can say is tt the experience u get will definitely be a memorable one. Not everyone is the world helps with a motive. There r many kind souls around. (like mi haha)
