Can't believe I actually lectured someone using an analogy which made him kept quiet for a little while.

1 + 1 not necessarily will give u 2

By theory, it is correct. However, in the midst of the process, things dun always go this way. :D We dun expect the final product to be always the ideal one, but we try our best to minimise errors, damages, so that the final product will not be far from the ideal. But, when ppl expect things to be done in his/her way, w/o proper communication & approval with the others, this would result in the process of deviation and random errors from surrounding.

I guess its a simple theory, but it makes mi ponder, why r some ppl inflexible and expects nth but the ideal product? Becuz of the colour green? Or as u go higher, NATO comes into the picture?

Scolding & punishment may be of solutions. However, when the message does not get across to the other party and you do not analyse wads the problem and situation, problems will still exist and resurface. It will still be a LOSE LOSE situation. It may make you happy cuz u may push the blame to ppl & tell urself I m still gd n the others r not up to standard n lousy. The after-effects would probably cause more dislike n unhappiness working.

I still believe in scolding, just tt it must be logical and convincing tt the problem will be resolved n NOT BECUZ u said so...

A Simple Theory???
